CEO Position Title
CEO, executive sponsorship program

CEO Job Description
Position involves an initial acquisition search phase in which the executive will work with the Company to develop a business plan; identify and evaluate acquisition opportunities in a targeted industry; contact and meet with potential acquisition targets; and complete due diligence on prospects. Candidate would assume the CEO position and associated responsibilities for the acquired company.  

Company Description
The Company is a Midwest-based private equity firm, managing over $1 billion in capital with a focus on investments in the business-to-business services and technology-enabled services sectors. The Company typically invests $15-75 million of equity capital in management buyouts and expansion capital investments. The Company’s objective is to build market-leading services companies through acquisitions and organic growth, with a typical investment period of four to seven years. The Company's executive sponsorship program allows CEOs with a proven track record to collaborate with the Company to analyze market segments, develop a detailed business plan, and seek appropriate acquisition candidates. The Company would then provide the necessary capital to fund an acquisition and to fuel organic growth.

Position Requirements
-
Previous experience as CEO or general manager of a $150+ million revenue business services or technology-enabled services company or division, with full P&L responsibility.
- Proven track record of increasing shareholder wealth through successfully building, as CEO, an operating company through acquisition and/or organic growth.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, with previously identified attractive industries or market segments for investment focus.
- Focus on business models with recurring revenue and scaleable infrastructure.
- Ability to build a complete and strong management team.
- Acquisition experience.
