About Pinnacle CEO Recruiters
Pinnacle CEO Recruiters is the only U.S. search firm focused exclusively on conducting CEO searches on a contingency basis. One of our core beliefs is that our clients should only pay a fee when we successfully complete a search. In contrast to lengthy retained searches, we aim to provide clients with solid candidates within 1 to 2 weeks, through mining our proprietary database of tens of thousands and executives that have sent us resumes, along with using our proprietary search methods to rapidly generate additional candidates.
Our searches have ranged from recruiting Fortune 500 CEOs to recruiting executives for companies as small as $20 million in sales. We are currently actively conducting searches for companies in the following sectors:
Pinnacle's Private Equity practice involves recruiting CEOs for CEO jobs with private equity groups that have executive sponsorship programs, in which private equity groups partner with a CEO first, and then work with a CEO to acquire a company, with the CEO assuming the CEO job of the acquired company. Typical CEO candidates for private equity firms have a proven track record of building a successful company, and are entrepreneurial, with specific acquisition candidates in mind, or a specific sector they want to target acquisitions in.
