SANTA MONICA, CA (March 25, 2005) – Pinnacle CEO Recruiters, an executive search firm focused exclusively on recruiting business services CEOs and board level executives, announced today that it had recruited executive Lynn Graham as a Board of Director for TrialGraphix, Inc., a leading provider of outsourced litigation consulting services including trial exhibits, multimedia technologies and trial consulting. Graham is currently CEO of Encore Legal Solutions, a legal information management company. Previously, Graham was the CEO of IKON Document Services, a provider of information management services and legal support services. Graham grew IKON from $80 million in revenue to $850 million in revenue, through a combination of internal growth and add-on acquisitions of over 20 companies.

TrialGraphix, Inc. (www.trialgraphix.com) is a Miami, Florida-based provider of trial litigation services and trial consulting services. The company creates trial exhibits, multi-media presentations, and animations for law firms, and in addition, provides trial consulting services such as mock trials, focus groups, survey analysis, jury selection consultation, witness preparation, and post-trial interviews. TrialGraphix’s management team is led by CEO Steve Stolberg, who founded the company in 1991.

In order to achieve an alignment of interests, Pinnacle made a small minority investment in TrialGraphix, through its affiliated private equity fund, Pinnacle Equity Capital.
